Own product. Idea from the creator space: physical merch with a QR code whose destination the creator can flip live — from a Twitch stream to an Instagram Live, from a shop to a landing page, from an event to a community chat.

Technically: a full SaaS platform with user accounts, payment, print-on-demand integration, real-time QR updates and a community layer. Built end-to-end, concept to deploy.
