Lead funnel for a local family business with transparent fixed-price calculation.
Background
Family-run house clearance business with locations in Cologne and Erkelenz. Inquiries used to come mostly by phone — many of them lost after hours because voicemail isn't conversion.
Goal: qualify inquiries online, make fixed prices transparent, build trust through before/after imagery — so clients enter the first contact with clear expectations.
What we built
- Three-step inquiry form (rooms → condition → contact), keeping the threshold low per step
- Interactive before/after slider as a trust anchor on the homepage
- Transparent fixed-price calculator per apartment size as an expectation anchor
- Local SEO optimisation for 'Haushaltsauflösung Köln' and neighbouring towns
